Type Locality: Australia, South Australia, Ooldea.
Vernacular Names: Bolam's Pseudomys.
Distribution: Australia, S South Australia and S Western Australia (Kitchener, 1985:216, and Watts, 1995 f:588; Robinson et al., 2000); possibly once occurred in W Victoria ( Menkhorst and Williams, 1995).
Conservation: IUCN – Lower Risk (lc).
Discussion: Originally described by Troughton (1932 a) as a subspecies of P. hermannsburgensis , but distinguished from it and redescribed by Kitchener et al. (1984 a), who also reported sympatry of both species at Goongarrie, Western Australia. Reviewed by Watts (1995 f).
