Remarks. This species was described from large series along the western margin of the Guiana Shield in Venezuela. Here, we confirm numerous records from the central and eastern portions of the shield in Suriname and Guyana. Despite the significant range extension, the habitat (granite rock seeps) and morphology are identical between eastern and western populations, and it seems likely this species is widespread (if localized) across the Shield.
