Diagnostic characters. Female, “Opii. 077 ”, antenna with 48 flagellomeres; length of body 3.7 mm, fore wing 3.8 mm; ovipositor 2.3 mm ( Fig. 16A View FIGURE 16 ); ovipositor 1.15 × metasoma. Ventral margin of clypeus straight; hypoclypeal depression wide and deep ( Fig. 15C View FIGURE 15 ); mandible long, twisted; face coursely rugose ( Fig. 16B View FIGURE 16 ); OOL: OD: POL = 7: 4: 3; fore wing: vein r 0.45 × 2-SR ( Fig. 16E View FIGURE 16 ); r: 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m: SR1 = 5: 11: 27: 5: 50; vein SR1 curved apically; subdiscal cell strongly narrowed anteriorly ( Fig. 16E View FIGURE 16 ); vein 1-SR+M thin and largely unsclerotized; vein r-m pigmented; vein 2-SR+M short and thick, 1.5 × its maximum width; vein m-cu narrowly antefurcal, weakly curved; vein cu-a far postfurcal; vein 1-CU1 curved, largely widened basally, 6.0 × as long as cu-a, and 0.6 × 2- CU1 ( Fig. 16E View FIGURE 16 ); vein M+CU1 widened apically; hind wing: vein M+CU: 1-M: 1r-m = 16: 20: 10 ( Fig. 16F View FIGURE 16 ); propodeum with basal carina fused into reversed Y-shaped carina posteriorly; surface of propodeum almost smooth, except lateral smooth groove above spiracle ( Fig. 16C View FIGURE 16 ); suture between second and third hardly defined ( Fig. 16D View FIGURE 16 ); ovipositor slightly curved upward ( Fig. 16A View FIGURE 16 ).
