65. Notylia rimbachii Schlechter (1921a: 170) View in CoL .
Type:— ECUADOR. Guayas: s. loc., May 1920, R. Rimbach 4 ( B destroyed). Neotype (designated here):— ECUADOR. Los Ríos: Río Palenque Biological Station, August 1975, C. H. Dodson 5939 ( MO 6777484 !).
Notes: — Schlechter (1921a) described N. rimbachii without informing the herbarium where the deposit occurred, but it is known that he preferred the collection at the B herbarium. The holotype of N. rimbachii is believed to have been destroyed during World War II (Butzin 1978, 1980). The sample deposited in MO, which was collected in the type locality, is designated here as a neotype.
