Type:— s. loc., ex hort., March 1848, Weilbach s.n. ( lectotype, designated here: K-L s.n.!).
Notes: — Lindley & Paxton (1852) cited Tridachne virens is an unpublished name by Liebmann and is cited in the protologue as a synonym of N. tridachne (Salazar Chávez 1994) . The specimen situated in the lower right corner in the K-L exsiccate with the annotation “ March 1848 ” is linked to the name of this species.
