Comments.
Agama aculeata is a ground-dwelling agamid commonly found in higher altitudes in southern Angola ( Marques et al. 2018). In Namibe Province the species is restricted to areas closely associated with inselbergs and with the Great Escarpment, being replaced by A. anchietae in lower altitudes ( Marques et al. 2018).
