DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia , Republic of Congo, Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mwinilunga, in Northwestern Province; Luangwa bridge, between Lusaka and Eastern Provinces .
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include three Malvaceae species ( Grewia damine Gaertn. , G. flavescens Juss. and G. occidentalis L.) ( African Moths 2019).
