Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: United Arab Emirates ( Azevedo et al. 2010 as “ Pristocerinae cf. genus Apenesia Westwood, 1874 ”), Yemen ( Azevedo & Guimarães 2006).

Remarks: This record refers to specimens of as-yet unidentified species of this genus or a relative not otherwise recorded from the Arabian Peninsula.
