Distribution: South and southeast Asia.

Countries: Philippines and China.

Habitat: Predominantly brackish waters.

Maximum size: 340 mm TL.

Material examined: CAS 127666 (8 al) (1 c&s), Philippines, Rizal Laguna, Luzon I., Laguna de Bay.
