Holotype female in CNCI.

Type locality: 3 mi N Suchixtepec, 9500 ft., [Sierra Madre del Sur], Oaxaca State, Mexico.

Distribution : Mexico: Oaxaca State: known only from vicinity of type locality. Biology: In litter and pocket gopher burrows; with reduced eyes.
