Type locality: Cueva de California , 46 road mi SW El Barretal, 4 mi NE Rancho Nuevo, Tamaulipas State, Mexico.
Distribution: Mexico: Tamaulipas State: known only from vicinity of type locality. Biology: Troglobite.
