Holotype female [seemingly a single specimen in original description, assumed as holotype] in BMNH [in Wheeler, 1979a; introduction of original description states depository as USNM and occasional cotypes in BMNH].
Type locality: Omilteme [in Wheeler, 1979a: Settlement 16 km W-SW Chilpancingo, 17º30’ N 99º40’ W], 8,000 ft., Guerrero State, Mexico.
Distribution: Mexico: Guerrero State: known only from type locality.
