Carmel , light trap 17.v.1997 (Pavlíček & Kravchenko) ; 1 ♀, ditto but 28.iii.1998 (gen. prep. 19647, J. Host plant. In Israel the larvae have been recorded feeding in fruits of Cistus creticus L. ( Halperin & Sauter 1992: 134).

Distribution. Spain (including Balearic Islands), Portugal, France (including Corsica), Italy (including Sardinia and Sicily), Greece, Morocco, Lebanon ( Karsholt & Riedl 1996: 120; Li & Sattler 2012: 35), Israel.
