Type depository: Zoologisk Museum, Copenhagen.

Type locality: Botanical Gardens, Bogor, JAVA.

Habitat: amongst dead leaves, mosses, lichens, liverworts, Selaginella and dead leaves and debris under very tall, dark trees, dense under-vegetation and numerous bushes and flowers.
