Type depository: Department of Entomology, University of the Philippines at Los Baños. Type locality: National Botanic Gardens, Siniloan, Laguna, PHILIPPINES.

Habitat: from leaves of Gonocaryum calleryanum (holotype); paratypes all collected from foliage also.
