Described from Indonesia, this species is here recorded in China for the first time. From other hospes -section species, this species differs in having the head without neck-like constriction, also the head and median parts of abdominal tergites II–VIII brown ( Figs 9 View FIGURES 1–12 , 37 View FIGURES 31–39 ).
Specimens examined. China, Yunnan, Wuding County, Lion Mountain, 7 females from fern, 25.x.2016 (Yajin Li); Tonghai County , Xiushan Park , 3 females from Dryopteris sp., 22.v.2017 (Yajin Li); Dali City , Cang Mountain , 1 female from fern, 11.viii.2017 (Guihua Duan). Guizhou, Anlong County, Xianheping National Forest Park, 1 female from Lindera megaphylla , 10.ix.2017 (Kongbo) .
