Mozena lunata (Burmeister, 1835)

Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan (Gharaat et al. 2009).

General distribution. Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, United States ( Brailovsky 1999). Comments. Because the general distribution of M. lunata is limited to North and Central America ( Brailovsky 1999), its report from Iran is strongly invalid (H. Brailovsky, personal communication).
