tolteca Saussure & Zehntner, 1894: 113 View in CoL [ Latindia ] Mexico; Moyoapan (Mus. Genavense). One broken specimen.
The MHNG collection contains one ♀ specimen (MHNG-ARTO-20418) with labels: “ ♀ Moyoap., Mexique, env. Sumichrast ” [handwritten on ruled white card; “ Latindia tolteca Sauss. ” [handwritten on green paper], “ Holotypus ” [printed on red card]. The specimen is directly pinned, with the wings folded. The specimen has insect feeding damage, and the antennae, three tarsal segments of both front legs, the tibia and tarsi of both middle legs, all of both hind legs and the abdomen are missing.
