The MHNG contains one ♀ specimen (MHNG- ARTO-20465) with labels: “Turkestan, M. König” [handwritten on ruled white card]; “Turkestan König” [handwritten on yellow paper]; “ Anisogamia tamerlana ♀ Sauss.” [handwritten on yellow paper]; “ Anisogamia tamerlana Sss. [handwritten on blue paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Most of both antennae are missing. Because the type series was not defined, this specimen must be considered a syntype.
