Type:― SOUTH-WEST AFRICA [ NAMIBIA]. Swakopmund: Swakopmündung, 8 February 1964, Giess 7719 (holotype M-0107403! ; isotypes PRE-0529851-0! WIND!) .

Distribution: ―Namibia: Swakop River mouth (Swakopmund).
