Material examined. None.

Distribution. Egypt: Al Ameria district (Alexandria) (3101'24"N, 2949'48"E) ( Doğanlar & Elsayed 2015). Host records. In Egypt, it has been reported from galls of Asphodyla punica Marchal ( Diptera : Cecidomyiidae ) on the stems and flower buds of the Mediterranean saltbush, Atriplex halimus ( Doğanlar & Elsayed 2015) .
