Distribution
E. observator is so far known from Andaman and Nicobar island, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Odisha, Rajastan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal ( Boucek 1982) and is a new record for Tamil Nadu (Fig. 17).
