was described from Illinois and Indiana and has subsequently been reported from Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia ( Grubbs & DeWalt 2008) and Kentucky ( Grubbs 2012). This species was collected from two locations in the Piedmont Plateau Physiographic Province of Georgia .
