Holotype: 1 ♁. USA: FLORIDA: Alachua Co. / Div. Plant Industry Lab colony/ ex Calyptranthes pallens / S. Wineriter Coll. 03/VIII/2004 // FSCA / Specimen was/ Freeze-dried // [on red] Katacephala / wineriterae Burckhardt / & Halbert, holotype/ det. D. Burckhardt, 2020.

Conservation status: Good condition; point mounted (Fig. 177).

Additional notes: Specimens currently still with Daniel Burckhardt at the Naturhistorisches Museum in Basel, Switzerland. Specimens will be transferred to FSCA as soon as possible.
