COMMENTS: Chapman cited the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description and said that he had 21 specimens of the new form. The 20 paratypes are: Las Lomitas, AMNH 108519–108521 About AMNH , 108523 About AMNH , two males, two females ; San Antonio , AMNH 108524–108532 About AMNH , four males, four females, one juvenile female ; Cocal , AMNH 110151 About AMNH , female, AMNH 110152 About AMNH , male ; Gallera , AMNH 110150 About AMNH , 110153–110156 About AMNH , five males. Of these, AMNH 108520 About AMNH , 108526 About AMNH , 110150 About AMNH , and 110155 were exchanged to USNM, AMNH 108529 About AMNH was exchanged to L.A. Fuertes, and AMNH 110154 About AMNH was exchanged to MZUSP, in March 1917 ; and AMNH 108521 About AMNH , 108524 About AMNH , 108530 About AMNH , 108531 About AMNH , and 110153 were not found in the collection and may have been exchanged without the catalog having been marked .
