Distribution. BRAZIL (Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo). Here we recorded it for the RPPN Sanctuary of Caraça.

Material examined. BRAZIL, Minas Gerais, Catas Altas , RPPN Sanctuary of Caraça, Trilha Tanque Grande , 20°6’5.58”S 43°29’32.34”W, 1201 m, male, 18.xi.2022, Monné, M.L. leg. ( MNRJ-ENT7-47245 ) GoogleMaps .

Diagnosis. This species is recognized by the following combination of characters: antennae and legs black; metafemora abruptly and robustly clavate; metatibiae with sulcus and carinae evident on posterior half; metatibiae with tuft of setae ( Marques & Napp 1996).
