Genus Pateobatis View in CoL View at ENA

A total of 21 specimens were identified as Pateobatis jenkinsii ( Figure 6 View FIGURE 6 ), based on morphology and genetic analysis. As Ahmed (2020) included this species in a checklist (as Himantura jenkinsii ), it is not considered a new record for Bangladesh, but it represents the first verified record.
