Iphita lycoides (new combination): Distant (1902: 35).

Type material examined. Holotype: ♀, ‘Type [p, round white label with green margin] // 12. MELAMPHAUS LYCOIDES [p, white label]’. The holotype is pinned through scutellum; right antennomere 4 and metatarsus missing.
