Remarks.

Schoenfeld (1924) proposed this name as an aberration of C. virgaureae (Linnaeus, 1758), therefore, as stated by article 45.6.2 ( ICZN 1999) it is deemed to be an infrasubspecific name (the author used “aberration”, “ab.”) and is hence unavailable.
