Remarks.

Turati (1918) proposed this name as a form of P. a. pumilus Stichel, 1906. Therefore, as stated by article 45.6.1 ( ICZN 1999) it is deemed to be an infrasubspecific name (the author expressly gave it infrasubspecific rank) and is hence unavailable.
