Head ( figure 72 View FIGS ). Remaining antennal segments 45, length of antenna 1.7 times fore wing, length of third segment 1.3 times fourth, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 4, 3 and 2.2 times their maximal width, flagellomeres with two ranks of placodes, apical segment 2.4 times its maximal width; eyes sparsely setose; length of eye in dorsal view 1.6 times temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, punctate, weakly coriaceous ventrally and smooth dorsally, shiny ( figure 1 View FIGS ); OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~4.0:2.0:3.0; frons smooth medially, shiny, laterally punctate; vertex convex, slightly punctate, flattened near stemmaticum; face convex, punctate; clypeus convex and punctate; length of malar space 1 times basal width of mandible; malar suture present; occipital flange straight and small.

Mesosoma ( figure 73 View FIGS ). Length of mesosoma 1.5 times its maximal height; side of pronotum medially rugose, basally coriaceous and remainder smooth; mesopleuron punctate, smooth and shiny; precoxal sulcus distinctly punctate, not reaching anterior margin of mesopleuron; metapleuron finely punctate; mesoscutum sparsely punctate; scutellar sulcus narrow with small carinae; scutellum convex; propodeum convex in lateral view, smooth and punctate with some weak transverse vermiculous rugae medially ( figure 39 View FIGS ); metapleural flange triangular and blunt.

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~7:28; 2-SR: r-m~3.0:2.0; second submarginal cell subsessile; subbasal cell setose anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 1.5 times longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane largely setose basally.

Legs. Hind coxa smooth, with some rugae dorsally ( figure 74 View FIGS ); lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.0, 6.3 and 9.5 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.7 and 0.47 times basitarsus; hind femur smooth and punctate, its ventral border smooth in lateral view; hind tibia with six apical teeth.

Metasoma. First tergite 2.8 times longer than apically wide, smooth and shiny, apically flattened ( figure 74 View FIGS ); spiracles protruding; second tergite smooth and shiny; T2 1.25 times longer than T3; second suture obsolescent; ovipositor sheath 0.18 times fore wing length.

Colour. Brownish yellow. Stemmaticum, ovipositor sheath, dorso-apical patch on hind femur, apical third of hind tibia, apical quarter of hind basitarsus blackish; tegula apically, remainder of hind basitarsus, mid tarsus, apex of mid tibia, apex of antenna infuscate; hind trochantellus, humeral plate yellowish; hind tibial spurs, basal third of hind basitarsus whitish yellow; wing subhyaline without apical patch.

Head. Remaining antennal segments 10 and 11, length of third segment 1.4 times fourth, length of third and fourth segments 3.5 and 2.5 times their maximal widths, respectively; maxillary palp 1.7 times height of head; eyes setose ( figure 135 View FIGS ), protuberant in frontal view; length of eye in dorsal view twice temple; temple directly narrowed posteriorly, smooth; OOL: diameter of ocellus: POL~5.0:1.0:1.0; frons smooth and shiny; vertex flattened near stemmaticum, smooth, shiny and sparsely finely punctate; face rather flattened in lateral view, shiny and sparsely punctate; clypeus flattened and smooth; gena view very short ( figure 54 View FIGS ); length of malar space one times basal width of mandible; malar suture absent; occipital flange rounded posteriorly, straight ventrally and very wide ( figure 54 View FIGS ).

Mesosoma ( figure 33 View FIGS ). Length of mesosoma 1.4 times its maximal height; side of pronotum smooth, finely punctate antero-medially, not posteriorly, ventrally weakly coriaceous; mesopleuron smooth and shiny; precoxal sulcus only weakly impressed, hardly reaching anterior margin of mesopleuron; metapleuron finely punctate, its ventral border with blunt angulation; metapleural flange absent; mesoscutum sparsely punctate; scutellar sulcus with small carina posteriorly; notauli punctate; mesopleuron, mesoscutum, metapleuron, propodeum highly setose; scutellum convex, shiny and smooth; surface of propodeum medially convex in lateral view, smooth, shiny; midlongitudinal carina absent anteriorly; metapleural flange absent ( figure 33 View FIGS ).

Wings. Fore wing: r: SR1z3-SR~6:31; 2-SR: r-m~7:5; second submarginal cell weakly petiolate (subsessile on the other wing); subbasal cell setose anteriorly; vein 3-CU1 three times longer than vein CU1b. Hind wing: 2-M coloured; membrane setose basally.

Legs. Hind coxa smooth and shiny, very setose; hind femur punctate; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.3, 12 and 10 times their widths, respectively; legs setose; tibial spurs 0.4 and 0.25 times basitarsus; hind tibia with three apical teeth.

Metasoma ( figure 133 View FIGS ). First tergite 4.6 times longer than apically wide, smooth but finely punctate, flattened in lateral view; spiracles weakly protruding; second tergite smooth and shiny; T 2 equal to longer than T 3; second suture smooth and straight (almost very weakly curved).

Colour. Blackish rufous. All of hind leg (except extreme base of hind tibia), T 1– T 8, S3–S8, frons, vertex, upper part of temple, mid tarsus, scapus, pedicellus, antennal segments blackish; mid tibia strongly, dorsal apical patch of mid femur, wings weakly infuscate; tegula, dorsal stripe on mid femur dark brownish; mid coxa, face, humeral plate rather yellowish.
