Studied material.

BRAZIL. 1 male, State of Amazonas, Manaus, Reserva Ducke, Igarapé Barro Branco, 2°59'30"S, 59°57'25"W, 12-22.vii.2004, Malaise trap, A. Henriques col. (on slide, MZUSP).

Remarks.

The species was earlier known only from the Iquitos area in Peru ( Hippa et al. 2017). We have not been able to see much material from Manaus and this is the only species identified from the state of Amazonas, a species shared with other areas of the Amazon Basin.
