Diagnosis. Body length 11.1–13.9 mm. Mandible without preapical denticle ( Fig. 387 View FIGURES 385–394 ); median extension of clypeus deeply emarginated ( Fig. 387 View FIGURES 385–394 ); dorsal side of propodeum with elongate areola ( Fig. 389 View FIGURES 385–394 ); lateral side of pronotum without well-defined transdiscal groove ( Fig. 390 View FIGURES 385–394 ); lateral side of propodeum with strong widely separated rugulae ( Fig. 390 View FIGURES 385–394 ); fore wing yellowish infumated ( Fig. 392 View FIGURES 385–394 ); hind basitarsus with deep groove.
Variations. The specimens examined here differ in fore wing compared to the description of Allen (1975). Fore wing yellowish infumated in the specimens examined, while fore wing moderately infumated according to Allen.
Male. Unknown
Distribution. India (new record): Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand. Elsewhere: Nepal.
