Distribution in Iran. Ilam ( Ghahari et al. 2011d).

Distribution outside Iran. Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, UK, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012).

Host records. In Vietnam it has been reported from Spodoptera litura on soybean and cabbage fields ( Long and Belokobylskij 2003; Yu et al. 2012), Eupithesia castigate , Conistra vaccinii , Hadena basilinea ( Marshall 1885) , Noctua fimbriata , Dichonia aprilina , Phlogophora meticulosa ( Marshall 1885; Yu et al. 2012). Yu et al. (2012) also reported from Apamea sordens , Autographa gamma , A. nigrisigna , Coleophora follicularis , Dendrolimus pini , Diachrysia chrysitis , Dichonia aprilina , Eulithis testata , Eupithecia exiguata , E. linariata , E. subfuscata , E. succenturiata , Eupoecilia ambiguella , Hadena irregularis , Lacanobia oleracea , Laothoe populi , Lesmone irregularis , Ligdia adustat , Mamestra brassicae , Naenia typica , Noctua fimbriata , Orthosia gothica , O. incerta , O. stabilis , Phlogophora meticulosa , Polymixis flavicincta , Spodoptera exigua , Stilbia anomala , Trichiosoma betuleti , Ypsolopha nemorella , Xestia xanthographa .In former Czechoslvakia, it has been reported from Orthosia miniosa and Perigrapha munda ( Tobias 1986; Yu et al. 2012).
