Mound (2011) described palumai as having 2–3 pairs of setae on the prosternal basantra, and the first vein of the fore wing with six setae near the base, and three widely spaced setae on the distal half. In the specimens listed below the prosternal basantra bear five pairs of setae ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 6–12 ), and the fore wing first vein has 5–7 setae near the base.
Specimens studied. 2 females, Guizhou Province, Xingyi City, Wanfenglin, from Cynodon dactylon [ Poaceae ], 18.viii.2018 (Yajin Li).
