Distribution in the KTM Valley: Encountered only in Lalitpur, but Aryal et al. (2013) encountered this species in urban wetlands throughout the KTM Valley. Remarks: This specimen was encountered in shallow water on the edge of a small pond near an urban area ( Figures 1 and 3 (c)). It was found in sympatry with Fejervarya syhadrensis , Microhyla ornata , and Duttaphrynus melanostictis . This male specimen was calling when approached.
