D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11 mm. Flagellum long and semibristle-shaped, with 57-58 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.0× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square. Head covered with rather long setae. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.4-2.0× ocellar diameter. Eyes short, inner eye margins parallel. Minimal facial width 1.0-1.2× eye length. Clypeus 1.7× as wide as long, finely rugose. MI 1.1. Mandible short. Setae of mesosoma long. Epomia absent. Mesoscutum very densely and coarsely punctate, with microsculpture, dull. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum rugose; apical transversal carina absent. Hind coxa very slender, 2× as long as wide. Hind femur 7.1-7.2× as long as wide. Hind claws short, moderately bent apically, without teeth. Areolet pointed frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 2.0-2.1× as long as wide, with rather dense punctures laterally. 2 nd tergite 1.0× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.3× as long as hind tibia and 1.2× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor continuously bent upwards.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma brown. 1 st tergite in apical half, 2 nd to 4 th tergites entirely red; 5 th tergite brownish; following tergites black; apical margins of 5 th to 7 th tergites narrowly ivory. Basal sternites red; 6 th sternite and hypopygium black. Legs mainly black; all femora narrowly apically and tibiae frontally reddish. Pterostigma blackish.

♁. Flagellum with 57 flagellomeres, bristle-shaped. Head and mesosoma with long setae. Clypeus 2× as wide as long. Temple strongly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 8.0× as long as wide. Hind tibia as long as hind femur. 1 st tergite 1.9× as long as wide, basally with dense, apically with sparse punctures. 2 nd tergite 1.1×

as long as wide. Color: black. Clypeus reddish-brown. 1st tergite in apical third and 2nd to 4th tergites entirely red. 5 th to 7 th tergites black, with narrow yellow apical margins. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly yellowish-red; hind femur basally and apically infuscate; hind tibia in apical half and hind tarsus entirely black. Pterostigma brown.
