Expanathura View in CoL species 1
Material examined.– Australia. Tasmania, western Bass Strait, 6 km W of Currie, King I. (39°54.7'S, 143°43.4'E), 49 m, coarse sand, SmithMcIntyre grab, R. Wilson on RV Tangaroa , 21 Nov 1981 (stn BSS 196), NMV J17174 View Materials (1 post manca, 2.0 mm).
Distribution: Australia, Bass Strait; sediments, 49 m depth.
Remarks: This single undeveloped specimen from an unusual habitat is not described. Its telson has three short apical setae lateral to the usual two longer ones and has dorsal spinules. In this it is similar to E. collaris . The specimen resembles E. haddae in having a truncate telson and dorsal spinules. It is probably a separate species but until juvenile or adult material becomes available it cannot be described.
