Polystichum View in CoL × rupestris P.S.Wang & Li Bing Zhang, comb. & nom. nov.
Replaced synonym:— Cyrtogonellum × rupicola Wang & Wang (2001: 242 , f. 61: 2). Type:— CHINA. Guizhou: Anshun Shi, Taoduizhai, 1460 m, among crevices of limestone walls under forest, 22 March 1978, P. S. Wang & Y. Y. Yuan 75489 (holotype HGSA!, isotype PYU!).
When this hybrid is transferred to Polystichum , the original epithet is blocked by Polystichum rupicola Ching ex Chu (1992: 51) .
This hybrid, possibly between P. fraxinellum (Christ) Diels and P. minimum , occurs in central Guizhou (Anshun), China.
