Material examined: 1 ♂ Brazil, Piauí State, Campo Maior Municipality,Açude Grande, 4°50’12.7”S, 42°10’36.8”W, 09.XI.2018, Moreno, L.A.S. leg. ( CEHJ).

Diagnosis. Medium-sized species (3.9 mm). Dorsal punctation on head, pronotum and elytra moderately coarse and sparse. Mesoventral process strongly elevated, laminar, projected between mesocoxae ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9–14 ). Last abdominal ventrite deeply notched, U-shaped ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 9–14 ). Parameres longer than median lobe; apices rounded; dorsal lobule narrow, swollen basally, with two long and narrow arms nearly evenly separated from base to apices, apices narrowly rounded; ventral lobule shorter and wider than dorsal lobule, acuminate at apex ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 15–18 ).

Distribution. Argentina and Brazil (states of Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul). New record for the state of Piauí: Campo Maior municipality.
