Diagnosis. Pterostigma brown with pale spot at base; wing membrane hyaline; metacarp distinctly longer than length of pterostigma, 7 longer than its distance from apex of radial cell; legs bright reddish yellow; ovipositor sheath two-thirds as long as third tibia, apically widening; antenna usually longer than body, penultimate antennomeres 1.5–2.0 longer than wide; T1 slightly converged posteriorly, hind half smooth to rugulose; T2 smooth; and mesonotum shiny and with discrete punctuation, interspaces not smaller than diameter of punctures.

Variation. Fore wing length 2.45–3.00mm.

Distribution. China (Zhejiang) new record; Czech Republic, Czechoslovakia, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Korea, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Note: Features of these specimens mostly agree with the descriptions of Fahringer (1936), Papp (1975) and

Tobias (1986) except T1 shorter, and mesosoma shorter than metasoma.
