Diagnosis. The forewing length is 19.0–20.0 mm in males and 22.0 mm in females. Parabitecta secunda is morphologically similar to P. flava and the detailed comparison is provided above in the diagnosis of the latter species.

Distribution. Northern Vietnam (Lào Cai Province), Southwestern China (Sichuan Province) ( Volynkin & Saldaitis 2020), and northern Myanmar (present study).
