M a t e r i a l. Pollen grains of Oleaceae were found in all four sections. Fraxinus was reported in Govone, Pollenzo and Sioneri sections; Olea in Sioneri and Ciabòt Cagna sections and Phillyrea in the Sioneri section. Oleaceae undifferentiated occurred in the Ciabòt Cagna section.

R e m a r k s. Pollen grains are usually well preserved. However, the strong corrosion of the exine in the Oleaceae pollen grains from Ciabòt Cagna prevents their attribution at genus level.
