D i a g n o s i s: ♀: Head in dorsal about 2.25 times as broad as its maximum length; malar space hardly one third length of an eye. Antenna ( Fig. 1j View Fig ) with combined length of pedicel and flagellum 1.3-1.4x as long as the breadth of the head; anelli plus F1 1.53x as long as pedicel; flagellum 2.5x length of scape, club slightly shorter than length of F1. Forewing with marginal vein 1.8x as long as stigmal vein, and slightly longer than post marginal vein. Propodeum (medially) hardly half as long as scutellum; its median area about 1.8 times as broad as long, the panels finely reticulate. Wings slightly yellowish, with a faint infumate discal cloud. Metasoma with a yellowish band across the basal tergite; venter extensively pale.
♂: Similar to ♀ except as follows: Antenna with pedicel only about 1.5 times as long as broad, somewhat shorter than the first funicular segment; flagellum distinctly stouter than pedicel, latter as seen in dorsal view; F1 at most twice as long as broad, the sixth at most slightly longer than broad; club about 3.5 times as long as broad, about as long as 2.5x of the preceding funicular segments; mesosoma nearly 1.6 times as long as broad. Median area of propodeum only about 1.5 times as broad as long, reticulate, with complete plicae; forewing immaculate; pedicel brown; all coxae mainly black. Metasoma oval, as long as but narrower than mesosoma; blackish with a yellowish spot on the basal tergite.
