Habitat. 5 specimens were collected under stones and among algae.

Localities in Tunisia from bibliography. This species was reported for the first time from the Gulf of Tunis by Zghal & Tekaya (1989).

Other localities in the world. Naples; Trieste ( Wilhelmi 1909); Spanish Mediterranean coasts; Spanish Atlantic coasts ( Vila-Farre et al. 2009); Adriatic sea ( Meixner 1928).
