New State Record: Washington County, Tilsen Park, Oakdale , 44.99993°N, — 92.96669°W, 22 July 2014, B. Kuehn., collected at C. fumipennis nesting site. Two undated MN specimens without county information; identified in 1922 GoogleMaps .

County Records (n = 17): Anoka, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Olmsted, Ramsey, and Washington .

Collection Dates: 6 June–4 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Unspecified in collection records. Larval hosts recorded as Acer rubrum L., Acer saccharum Marsh. (Sapindaceae) , Betula nigra L. ( Betulaceae ), Carya ovata (Mill.) K. Koch (Juglandaceae) , Fagus grandifolia Ehrh. (Fagaceae) , and Quercus velutina Lam. Adults also on Quercus prinoides Willd.

Collection Method: Cerceris fumipennis prey.
