County Records (n = 104): Cass, Chisago, Clearwater, Cook, Crow Wing, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Koochiching, Olmsted, Ramsey, Roseau, St. Louis , Steams, and Washington .

Collection Dates: 1 June–26 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Adults collected on Larix laricina . Larval hosts recorded as Picea glauca (Moench) Voss. , Pinus resinosa Ait. , and P. rigida .

Collection Method: On “dry” L. laricina and logs of same, at light, in Lindgren funnel trap on Pinus banksiana baited with alpha-pinene and bark beetle pheromones, and as C. fumipennis prey.
