[Author’s Note: Based on the published description, there were originally 38 cotypes (“males 18, females, 20”) plus the “ Type: - male and female” collected by Hull. According to Ms Lisa Bartels (CNC), there are “ 34 syntypes ” housed in the Hull collection; there is an additional paratype (with paratype label) in the SAMA collection (see above). Additionally , there is one paratype (with paratype label) in the Western Australian Museum collection according to T. Houston (pers. comm.). There are no specimens in the USNM, ( Chris Thompson , pers. comm.) despite the fact that Hull clearly stated that “ Cotypes will be deposited in the United States National Museum.”]
