[Author’s Note: According to Ms Lisa Bartels ( CNC), there are 26 syntypes of B. fulvus housed in the Hull collection; Hull stated at the end of the published description that there were 14 male and 15 female cotypes, in addition to the holotype and allotype, suggesting the subsequent destruction of three specimens. There are no specimens in the USNM, ( Chris Thompson , pers. comm.) despite the fact that Hull clearly stated that “ Cotypes will be deposited in the United States National Museum.”]
