[Author’s Note: According to Ms Lisa Bartels ( CNC), the holotype, allotype and 11 paratypes are housed in the Hull collection; these were collected by Hull in West Australia; however Hull stated at the end of the published description he had collected 8 males and 9 female paratypes, in addition to the holotype and allotype, leaving six specimens unaccounted for.]
